FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of oil preparation. Demulsifier is described for dehydration and desalting of oil emulsions containing the first mixture and the second mixture mixed with each other at the following ratio: the first mixture is 24.5–29.5 wt%, the second mixture is the rest, first mixture contains 12.5–17.5 wt% modified polymer alkoxylate, representing Kemelix D 510, 12.5–17.5 wt% solution of ethoxylated phenolic resin in an aromatic solvent, representing Kemelix D 304, and solvent methanol – the rest, second mixture contains 8.5–13.5 wt% block copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene, representing Lapromol 294, 29.5–35.5 wt% solution of the modified polyol in the system of aromatic solvents, representing Reapon 18U or Reapon 16T, 28.4–33.5 wt% solution in toluene of the product obtained by the alcoholate polymerization of alkylene oxides on condensed alkylphenol, which represents Reapon 3T, and the balance is an organic solvent and methanol in the ratio of 1/10.
EFFECT: deep dehydration of the oil emulsion, while cleaning the released water from oil products, reducing corrosion, reducing the formation of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits.
