FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular, to devices for reducing the vibration level of an electrical centrifugal pump (ESP) installation and absorbing vibrations of the tubing lifting string (AVTLS). Compensator for reducing vibration in the ESP system includes a housing with a coupling on top for connecting the AVTLS and below with a sub for connecting the pump, an eccentric connection that mates through an elastic friction element, which is made in the form of bushings of oil-resistant rubber, with the inner surface of the housing with the possibility of rotation relative to the body of the compensator in the event of a starting torque.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at preventing the possibility of the formation of limiting stress concentrations in a AVTLS, their breakage and exceeding the permissible limits of inrush currents, as well as twisting the ESP cable, resulting in an increase in the efficiency and reliability of the ESP system, and a decrease in the vibration of the underground pumping equipment.
