FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for the equipment of oil and water wells in the interval of the productive formation. Device includes a frame made of non-magnetic material with holes and annular permanent magnets installed at a distance from each other, a filter jacket in the form of autonomous sections with a winding, lining elements in the form of support rods and connecting elements. Winding of the perforated frame jacket is formed by the inner and outer layers in the form of a non-magnetic nylon cord of a trapezoidal or wave profile. Inner layer of the winding is formed by coils located at a distance from each other. Outer layer of the winding is formed by coils tightly spaced to each other or in the form of a synthetic fabric mesh. Connecting elements are made in the form of upper and lower subs. Filter is equipped with a supporting non-magnetic rod located inside and coaxially to the frame. On the bearing non-magnetic rod there is a spacer sleeve made of a non-magnetic material and a slide bearing, on which annular permanent magnets are mounted, made rotating with inclined ribs. Holes of the frame are made at an angle, the axis of symmetry of the holes forms a sharp angle with the axis of a vertically installed filter, varying from 45 degrees to 90 degrees in the lower part and reflected from 90 degrees to 45 degrees in the upper part of the filter.
EFFECT: filtration quality, reliability and durability are improved.
