FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for the equipment of oil and water wells in the interval of the productive formation. Proposed device comprises carcass made of non-magnetic material with holes and annular permanent magnets arranged at distance from each other, filter jacket composed of self-contained sections with winding, cushion elements composed of bearing rods and connecting elements. Filter jacket winding is formed by inner and outer layers in form of non-magnetic capron cord of trapezoidal or wave profile. Inner layer of winding is formed by coils arranged at distance from each other, outer layer of winding is formed by coils tightly located to each other or in form of synthetic fabric net. Connection elements are made in the form of upper and lower adapters. Filter is equipped with a bearing non-magnetic rod located inside and coaxially to the frame; a non-magnetic spacer sleeve and a sliding support are placed on the bearing nonmagnetic rod; there are fitted ring permanent magnets made by rotating with inclined ribs. Carcass holes are made at an angle, axis of symmetry of holes forms an acute angle, with axis of vertically installed filter, smoothly varying from 40° in lower part of filter up to 30° in upper part of filter.
EFFECT: higher quality of filtration, prevention of clogging of filter elements, reduced hydraulic resistance to liquid flow.
