SUBSTANCE: in the method, a bag is filled, comprising a housing with a plurality of panels interconnected to form a cavity, and a nozzle providing access to the cavity, with a stopper forming a tight contact with the nozzle to prevent access to the cavity. Method includes cleaning the outer surfaces of the package with a cleaning agent direction of the nozzle and the tube to the aseptic zone filled with sterilized gas, removing the tube, filling the bag with a flowable material, reinstalling the stopper at the nozzle to seal the cavity, removing the choke and plug from the aseptic zone and fixing the stopper in the cap and the cap in the choke. Removing the cap removes the cap and provides access to the cavity. Invention is also an embodiment of a method for sterilizing multiple packages simultaneously.
