FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to bottle duplex preform and method of its production. Said process comprises the steps that follow. (I) Placing two sheets of watertight flexible film, preferably, in one plane. (II) Cutting appropriate blanks from said sheets, preferably, of congruent shape, with contour edge over perimeter of each blank. (III) Connection of two preforms over connection seams in perimeter except for one or more blowing points to produce duplex preform whereto fluid can be forced via blowing point. (IV) Additional connection of two preforms by multiple separate reinforcing seams arranged in the form of preset lattice or pattern to make the lattice crossing said blown reinforcing structures in at least the part of duplex preform. Said structure ensures bottle standing peripheral wall when bottle is finally shaped by blowing. (V) Duplex preform is bent. (VI) Selective connection of common edge over duplex preform perimeter, except for preset point of filling/dispensing. This makes the duplex preform with inner space surrounded by bottom, peripheral and top walls. Note here that said filling/dispensing point is located. Preferably, at top wall so that dispensing/filling hole is produced. Note here that blowing reinforcing structures make an exoskeleton around inner blown out space.
