SUBSTANCE: device for securing the cargo to the lifting means includes attachment to the cargo lifting lugs and load brackets, two pairs of lines and a pallet, four parallel connected contact sensors, four cable extensions with screw ties, load securing condition sensors in the quantity corresponding to the number of lines, each containing a laid-on strain gauge for measuring the load in the fixed rope, a threshold device, the first block NOT and an indicator, switch containing OR blocks in an amount corresponding to the number of sensors securing the load, the power source, the second block NOT and the AND block, the cold gas generator. Pallet is made in the form of an inflatable tank with means of filling it with gas and with the possibility of attaching it with cable ties with screw ties to lifting eyes and brackets. Cold gas generator is located inside the pallet.

EFFECT: ensuring the safety of the cargo in case of its fall during lifting operations and ensuring objective control over the tension of the lines.
