SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of submarine shipments, namely, launchers. Submarine launcher includes a launch tube, a recharging device, including a charging beam installed in front of the lower cover of the launch tube, with an instrument feed carriage coaxial with the launch tube, with a reciprocating linear movement along the charging beam and a means of storage with cells for devices, an automated control system, mechanisms equipped with signaling devices of their position. Storage device of the recharge device is made in the form of at least one modular power frame with horizontally oriented cells for storing devices coaxially placed in them. Charging beam with the device feed carriage is movably mounted with at least two degrees of freedom, with the possibility of rotation in the vertical plane from the vertical to the horizontal position and back relative to the horizontal rotary axis moving in the vertical direction and with the possibility of vertical linear movement of the charging beam with the device feed carriage along the guide. Guide post is fixed or can be rotated in a horizontal plane relative to the vertical axis of rotation.

EFFECT: achieved increase the reliability of the launcher, increasing the rate of fire and expanding its functionality.
