SUBSTANCE: invention relates to submarine launchers. Launchers of submarine includes launching tube in strong housing, with instrument stopper, with upper and lower covers and their drives, recharging device, which includes a vertical charging beam installed in front of the lower cover of the launching tube, with a carriage for supplying the device with a drive of its reciprocal linear movement along the vertical charging beam, which is aligned with the launching tube, storage device with cells for instruments, automated control system, mechanisms equipped with signaling devices of their position. Device for storing devices of recharging device is made in form of modular power frame, frame includes vertical stands with vertically oriented removable cells for storage of coaxially placed devices in them, located in circumferential direction around vertical charging beam. Vertical charging beam with device delivery carriage is rotary and is installed with possibility of rotation in horizontal plane to selected detachable cell and is equipped with radial supply unit of detachable cell.

EFFECT: higher reliability and faster launcher and broader functional capabilities.
