MULTI-FUNCTIONAL PLOW WITH THE TURN BAR Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A01B49/02 

FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural machine building. Multifunctional plow with the rotary bar contains the frame made of 2 sections pivotally interconnected – movable in the form of the rotary bar with the square profile connected to the guide and attached to it by plow bodies, and fixed with the front bar, on which the chisel working bodies, and the turning mechanism with the worm gearbox, the DC motor and limit switches are mounted. On the swivel beam there are mounted using a pair of brackets symmetrically, perpendicularly and pivotally the plow bodies with the racks, heaps in the form of concave rectangular plates with attached double-sided plowshares, to the back of which the teeth are welded. On the fixed beam, rigidly mounted with the help of a pair of brackets are retractable working bodies, equipped with plate-shaped with perforations for reinstallation of the holders with pipe racks according to their height, which are welded to the front with cylindrical flat bits located at the angle of 35–38° to the surface of the soil with flat sole at the angle of 10–13°. Behind the holders at the bottom the drains or at the height that is necessary according to agronomic requirements the flat-cutting blades are located. Front timber of the frame is performed to be wedge-shaped and has a crossmember on which along its entire length there is a toothed rack and a worm drive carriage with the gear mounted, which is kinematically connected with the carrier rail. Carrier is housed in the rotary beam guide, which is made in the form of a slit, on which the hydraulic cylinder with the movable rod is located, which has the kinematic connection with the hinged pillars of the plow bodies.

EFFECT: simplified design of the mechanism of rotation and fixation, increased functionality of the plow and reduced labor costs when setting up are ensured.
