COMBINED SPEED PLOW Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A01B3/36

Abstract RU 2706161 C1

FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for high-speed dump and low-mold tillage for grain and industrial crops. Combined plow for high-speed soil treatment includes frame equipped with support wheels with height-adjustable frame with bearing beam, rigidly arranged at angle of 45° to direction of movement, with working elements installed on it, and suspension system for coupling of plow frame with power unit. Each of the working elements of the plow is equipped with three cutting elements installed on the vertical posts, two of which are located in the plan at an angle to each other. Right-hand plow in the direction of movement is made in the form of a ploughshare with possibility of connection to the blade. Left is intended for compensation of lateral forces during plow operation. Third cutting element is located between first and second cutting elements at acute angle to direction of plow movement and is made in form of flat or curved bit in form of parallelogram with buried lower cutting edge to provide function of deep tiller. Between middle part of bearing bar and transverse beam of welded frame, which serves for coupling of plow with power unit, are symmetrically arranged at angle 45° to carrying beam at least two longitudinal in direction of beam motion. On both sides there are longer and shorter beams-braces connecting end parts of bearing bar and transverse beam. Cross-section of load-carrying bar and the above frame beams is box-like in form of shaped pipe or double-tier reinforced with side plates welded to their flanges. Support height-adjustable wheels are installed on brackets welded to the frame. One of them adjoins the right edge of the transverse beam, and the other one is located at the far end of the bearing bar. Axis of the bearing bar is made parallel to the line connecting the attachment assemblies of the support wheels of the plow. Ratio of the distance B from the upper surface of the transverse beam of the frame to the link of the coupling post to the distance C to the lower support rods of the three-point coupling is in range of 2–8.

EFFECT: higher speed and quality of plowing.
