FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of weapons technology and can be used in various types of sporting firearms and pneumatic weapons, in particular in self-loading sports pistols with a free gate. Sight for small arms contains base (1), sight, mounted at the base and consisting of two spring-loaded plates (3) and (4), adjusting screw (7), screwed into base (1) and interacting with spring-loaded plates (3) and (4), cover (2) detachably connected to base (1). Adjusting screw (7) is installed in base (1) along the longitudinal axis of the rear sight. Spring-loaded plates (3) and (4) in the lower part are made with inclined projections (11) facing towards each other. Adjusting screw (7) is made with a conical surface, to which inclined protrusions (11) of spring-loaded plates (3) and (4) are pressed.
EFFECT: creation of a simple and reliable device that provides the ability to adjust the width of the slot in a given range and the ability to install the device on other products.
