FIELD: fuel combustion devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recuperative devices for heating gas furnaces and can be used for high-temperature heating of air used for burning fuel in heating and thermal furnaces. Recuperative burner unit contains a burner and a heat exchanger with an air supply unit, including a flow swirl generator with a tangential air supply nozzle, forward and reverse annular air channels connected in series to the flow swirl generator, an air collector connected to the burner and a return annular channel, a smoke channel located coaxially with the annular air channels and a heat transfer wall, the heat transfer wall is made in the form of a truncated cone extending in the direction of the inlet of the smoke channel.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the operational reliability of the recuperative-burner unit, and by increasing the final temperature of the heated air to increase the thermal efficiency of the device.
