FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recuperative devices for heating gas furnaces and can be used for high-temperature heating of air used for burning fuel in heating and thermal furnaces. Recuperative-burner unit comprises burner and recuperator with air supply unit, including swirling flow generator with tangential air supply branch pipe, straight and reverse annular air channels connected in series to the swirling flow generator and separated by a partition, an air manifold connected to the burner and the return annular channel, smoke channel located coaxially with annular air channels, and cylindrical heat transfer wall, cylindrical heat transfer wall is located between the smoke and return air channels, the straight and return channels are connected through the swirler, and the dividing dividing wall is made in the form of the truncated cone expanding in the direction of the inlet hole of the smoke channel.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing the final temperature of the heated air and providing higher thermal efficiency of the device.
