SUBSTANCE: in particular, the present invention relates to a grinding device comprising movable grinding assembly (2) and fixed grinding assembly (3) located along the X axis, wherein movable grinding assembly (2) contains grinder (5) and casing (6), and fixed grinding assembly (3) contains counter-grinder (20) and element (21) for coupling with the container characterized in that: grinder (5) contains grinding head provided with grinding surface (7); casing (6) contains cylindrical jacket (10) located around said X axis, while said casing (6) is closed on one side with discoid surface (11) with openings (13) for unloading crushed product, it is coupled with said grinder (5) and rotates with it; counter-grinder (20) comprises hollow cylindrical body (22) with outer surface (22a) and inner surface (22b), said inner surface (22b) contains a grinding surface, said grinder (5) is inserted into hollow cylindrical body (22) of counter-grinder (20), ensuring the contact of the corresponding grinding surfaces for grinding the product; coupling element (21) comprises open-ended cylindrical body (26) located along the X axis, with portion (27) for connection with said container and adjustment portion (28), which, in cooperation with said casing (6), is used to adjust the height of movable grinding assembly (2) along the X axis relative to fixed grinding assembly (3); and is also characterized in that: grinder (5) and counter-grinder (20) are made from a rigid material and casing (6) and coupling element (21) are made from an elastic material.
