SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a mill and a grinding machine with such a mill, which can be used in a beverage preparation machine. Above mill contains the first and second millstones, having respectively the first and second grinding zones, and a heat-emitting mechanism. Its second millstone, the second grinding zone of which is located opposite the first grinding zone, is rotatable with respect to the first millstone. Wherein the heat-emitting mechanism, radiating the heat of friction, which is released as a result of the rotation of the millstones relative to each other, is arranged in a section outside the first and second grinding zones in at least one of the millstones. Said beverage preparation apparatus includes a grinding module for producing powders, a fluid holding tank, a stirring tank into which powders and a liquid are fed to be mixed, while the above mill is used as the grinding unit. Said grinding machine comprises a drive part, a transmission mechanism and a grinding unit including a rotational mechanism for rotating the upper and lower millstones relative to each other.

EFFECT: grinding machine with the above-mentioned mill provides an increase in the degree of grinding.
