SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a product for prevention or alleviation of an inflammatory disease. Functional food product containing purified extract after secondary fractionation (ATS2), obtained from Pseudolysimachion rotundum var subintegrum extract by fractionation with butanol, purification and subsequent fractionation by means of chromatography, for preventing or relieving an inflammatory disease, containing 30–60 wt%/wt. veproside, 0.5–10 wt%/wt. veratric acid, 2–20 wt%/wt. catalasposide, 1–10 wt%/wt. picroside II, 1–10 wt%/wt. isovanilloyl catalpol and 2–20 wt% /wt. 6-O-veratroilcatalpol in terms of total weight of extract (100 %) of Pseudolysimachion rotundum var subintegrum. Functional food product containing purified extract after secondary fractionation (ATS2), obtained from Pseudolysimachion rotundum var subintegrum extract by fractionation with butanol, purification and subsequent fractionation by chromatography, for prevention or alleviation of inflammatory disease, which contains 36.5–91 wt%/wt. catalasposide derivatives in total extract (100 %) of Pseudolysimachion rotundum var subintegrum and which has the following relative content, wt/wt: each of catalasposide derivatives: 13.0–16.0 wt/wt veproside, 2.20–2.50 wt/wt. catalasposide, 1 wt/wt picroside II, 1.10–1.40 wt/wt isovanilloyl catalpol and 2.00–2.20 wt/wt 6-O-veratroilcatalpol.

EFFECT: products described above are effective for preventing or relieving an inflammatory disease.
