SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radar, in particular to devices for monitoring the performance of radar systems. Ground control device of the radar control system contains a noise signal simulator, a response signal simulator, an antenna, attenuator device, probing signal simulator, diverting signal simulator, aim signal simulator, multiple signal simulator, switching device, radar control system (RCS), an interface device, a recording device, a calculator of control signals of the RCS, a simulator of signals of the display system, a calculator of signals of executive objects, a calculator of navigation signals, a control and switching unit and a control unit. To ensure the synchronous operation of the proposed ground control device of the radar control system, a real-time memory device, a time chart characteristics transducer and a pulse delay device are introduced in real-time. Listed components are connected to each other in a certain manner.
EFFECT: ensuring the synchronous operation of the ground control device of the radar control system in real time.
