SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image analysis. Software-hardware system for automatic system testing and/or semi-automatic detection and localization of objects in a video sequence, comprising a simulator, designed to generate an input video signal of the system for detecting and localizing objects and recording of Ground Truth control data, including information on finding marks on each frame of the video sequence, a visualizer associated with said system and generating video with markers, an estimator associated with the simulator configured to receive said Ground Truth control data and verification of the Ground Truth source data received at its input conformity with the automatic and/or semi-automatic detection system results and localization of objects operating in visible and/or infrared wavelength range, which enables to evaluate conformity between parameters of input video signal and numerical coefficients of object tracking quality evaluation.
EFFECT: technical result is wider range of means.
