FIELD: processing and recycling of waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the disposal of waste drilling and/or cuttings with elements of drilling mud, formed during the drilling of exploration, exploration or production wells, and/or soils contaminated with drilling waste or other hydrocarbon contaminants, and/or other oily waste. Method of making artificial soil consists in mixing raw materials, which use drilling waste and/or rock cutting, or soil and/or oily waste contaminated with hydrocarbons, with sand and cement. After increasing the viscosity of the stirred mass, an aqueous dispersion of polyvinyl acetate (PVAD) with a concentration of polyvinyl acetate of 10–15 wt. % and continue mixing until the mass is homogenized. Components are used in the following ratio, in% of the initial volume of raw materials: raw materials – 100, sand – 10–100, cement – 0.1–30, PVAD – 0.1–2.0. Preferably, the cement is used in the form of a dry mixture with soluble silicate with a volume ratio of cement to silicate from 10:1 to 1,000:1. In addition, with stirring, an additional sorbent and/or quicklime is added in an amount of 0.01–10 % of the initial volume of the raw material.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to impart to the granules obtained (during the processing) (and the massif as a whole) enhanced plastic properties leading to an increase in the resistance of the material to atmospheric aging, destruction under load and frost resistance of the material to an indicator of at least 20 cycles, during which the material does not lose its strength characteristics by more than 25 % from the original.
