FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of pipelines for the gases and liquids, mainly oil transportation. Pipelines manufacturing method includes the adjacent pipes edge sections expansion joint deformation operation. On the installed in the pipeline pipe, putting the bushing with the longitudinal slots on the part of its length, and inserting the second pipe into the said bushing until connection to the first pipe. Then implementing the both pipes end sections expansion deformation and connecting them with welds within the said longitudinal slots. After that, displacing the bushing in the newly attached pipe direction and completing the weld formation along the joined pipes entire perimeter. Also provided is the expander unloading and its withdrawal from the pipes connection zone after the welds formation within the bushing slots.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increase in the pipelines quality and in the adjacent pipes connection areas accuracy.
