SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system and a method for calculating an index of risk of unlawful actions on the part of a user. System comprises a personal computer comprising a data output device, a logical part of the system, a data input module which includes peripheral data input devices and audio and video fixing devices, as well as sensors for non-invasive monitoring of the physical state of the user, connected to a computer, wherein logical part of system includes interconnected recording and logging module using encryption and secure protocol, self-contained data input module, data input and analysis module, testing module, module of local initial data, module of archive storage of information, module of comparison, module of analysis and conversion of data, module for calculation of index of corruption risks and unlawful actions, module of final report and recommendations.
EFFECT: high accuracy and objectivity of determining risk of unlawful behavior of an individual.
