FIELD: computerized courseware and testing hardware. SUBSTANCE: system TELETESTING relates to computer technology and is used for testing regional participants from Center by correspondence. System has series-connected blocks of preparatory modules, testing modules, telecommunication modules, analyzing and processing modules. The latter two blocks of modules are interconnected through protocol and technical monitoring data channels as well as through feedback in the form of concluding test results channel. Block of testing modules is provided with test dialog program incorporating technical monitoring routine; block of analyzing and processing modules has result confidence analyzing module, concluding result processing module, and test module. System incorporates provision for protection against unauthorized access, for ensuring identical level of primary tests, for submitting next tests considering answers to preceding ones, for unified presentation of various test results, for summary data acquisition and for instantly yielding information about test results to participants.
