SUBSTANCE: toilet seat containing ring (3) of a toilet seat and two coaxial hinges (5), which have two distant supporting journals (6, 7) and hinge housing (10, 11) made on ring (3) of the toilet seat. Two housings (10, 11) of the hinge are pushed onto supporting journals (6, 7) on the same side, while ring (3) of the toilet seat is fixed against axial displacement by locking means made in the form of a clamping element, covering at least one of these two hinges (5) in the axial direction.
EFFECT: toilet seat is proposed.
