The anchor part (5) is connected to the covering part (32). Anchor and covering (32) parts have connection facilities (51, 330) with complementary shapes. Connection facilities (51, 330) with complementary shapes have a curvilinear contact surface of a ball hinged joint type.

EFFECT: structure will ensure easy installation and removal of the jacket, simplify sanitary engineering works.
