SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, in particular to heat supply of residential, public and industrial buildings and structures and adjacent territory. System includes direct and return pipelines of the heat network creating together with the local heat supply system circuits using the high-temperature heat carrier and including the hot water supply system circuit with the preheating unit arriving at the hot water draw-off, the system of the heat carrier circulation. After circuits of local systems using high-temperature heat carrier, and in front of unit of preliminary heating supplied to hot water and after that unit heating circuit circuits using low-temperature heat carrier are included, wherein part of heating system circuit using low-temperature heat carrier is located outside building on adjacent territory.

EFFECT: high environmental friendliness of the district heating system and reduced impact of environmental consequences due to use of reagents for melting snow on adjacent territory.
