METHOD OF DEVELOPMENT OF ORE DEPOSITS WITH SELECTIVE EXPLOSIVE PREPARATION AND EXTRACTION Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC F42D3/04 E21C41/22

Abstract RU 2683288 C1

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in the development of complex structural deposits, mainly ore. Method of developing ore deposits with selective explosive preparation and extraction, including the accompanying operational exploration, short-delay blasting between rows of horizontal wells vertically under a mobile cover. To increase the level of selectivity during extraction – by maximally preserving the natural structure of the massif and reducing losses during enrichment as a result of sanding – blocking is performed layer by layer by rows of horizontal wells in two mutually orthogonal directions, ore intervals precipitation is produced, differing in the degree of tectonic disturbance, strength properties, material composition and structural-textural parameters, the content of valuable components. Then, the preparation of emulsion explosive charges with cenospheres is carried out, the ratio of which is set in accordance with the parameters of the ore intervals, and in the emulsion explosive charges create cumulative cavities with thin-walled plastic tubes. Sections of horizontal wells passing through extraction elements with a high content of valuable components are charged with a charge of emulsion explosives with a maximum fraction of cenospheres to effect a gentle explosion for structural weakening. Layer-by-layer extraction is carried out from the end part of the blasted block with an extraction unit with sequential removal of mobile shelter sections. Extraction of the element with a high content of valuable components is carried out with a mining combine.

EFFECT: technical result of the proposed method is to increase the efficiency of mining due to a more even distribution of explosive charges in the block volume with a differentiated explosive impact on areas of the ore massif with different strength characteristics and tectonic disturbance.
