Support element has a fastening hole with an inner diameter D_i along the longitudinal centerline. for receiving the cutter shank. Height of the collar, measured in the direction of the longitudinal centerline between the end facing away from the seating surface, the centering protrusion and the seating surface or between the end of the centering protrusion and the inner end of the recess, which is made completely in the support element in a profound way, relative to the seating surface, made so that the ratio between the inner diameter D_i mounting hole in the support element and the height of the collar is less than 8. Height of the collar exceeds the axial clearance of the tool set in the tool holder.

EFFECT: technical result is to reduce wear.
