For this purpose, the device contains microcontroller, IRIDIUM satellite modem, GPS/GLONASS modem, accelerometer, processing period timer, USB interface unit, PLC interface module, ZigBee, WiFi, LTE/UMTS/GSM modem unit, the first and second blocks of small and large deviations and going beyond the set limits, storage and setting of the set limits and driving parameters, flash card for monitoring the efficiency of management, sensors and units for comparing fuel consumption, engine speed, pitching and pitching, OR multi-input logical gate, serial number generation unit, device for protection against unauthorized opening and theft of the device, case holding magnets and the power supply unit.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the scope of the stated multifunctional device for collecting, processing and transmitting telemetric information by monitoring the steps beyond the established territorial restrictions on the movement of the vehicle.
