FIELD: means of monitoring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of monitoring the condition of railway vehicles. The system includes on-board and stationary parts, the on-board part is equipped with measuring sensors-converters connected to an on-board microprocessor, an on-board navigation satellite communication module for determining the coordinates of a railway vehicle, the microprocessor is designed to collect and process data from all functional measuring units, form an information parcel and send it via external communication channels via external stationary signal receivers to the stationary part of the system in the form of a central processor. At the same time, the system contains an on-board GSM modem, external stationary signal receivers hey are GSM receivers, measuring sensors-converters, the evaluation of signals from which is carried out taking into account the coordinates of the terrain on which the output signals from these sensors-converters have changed, the system is equipped with a module for storing information received from measuring sensors-converters and from the onboard module of the navigation satellite system, while the information storage module is made with the possibility of ensuring the preservation of incoming information, including during the absence of communication between the onboard navigation satellite communication module and an external stationary signal receiver until its resumption from by synchronizing signals from sensor converters and signals from the on-board navigation satellite communication module, as well as with the possibility of transmitting information via a GSM modem to an external stationary signal receiver in the presence of this connection, the system contains an autonomous power source for a GSM modem, a microprocessor, an on-board navigation satellite communication module, an information storage module.
EFFECT: quality of monitoring is improved by increasing the completeness and reliability of information about the condition of the train.
