FIELD: railway automatics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automatics and is used to monitor the states of branched rail circuits without isolating joints and impedance bonds. Method is based on the use of tonal track circuits without installing boundary insulating joints using gaps between the rails, with two-tier rail lines being installed on the switch, in which the rails of the upper and lower tiers are securely fastened, but galvanic contact between adjacent rail lines of the upper tier is excluded, the electrical connection between intersecting rail lines is eliminated on the frog, the gaps between the rails are made 5–10 mm, filled with porous rubber in order to avoid conductive dust falling into the gap.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the station rail circuits is achieved.
