FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communications and can be used in satellite communication systems of the range of millimeter waves for the retransmission of radio signals using spacecraft in high-elliptical orbits. Repeater contains input blocks for processing the input wideband control signal, signal extractor blocks, decoders, radio command identification and output unit, digital synthesizer, code generator block, synchronization system block, output block.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the reliability of reliable and hidden from an outside observer transmission of commands to subscribers.
