FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring mechanical parameters, such as accelerations, and can be used to damp the oscillations of sensitive elements of measuring devices. Magnetic system contains at least one electrically conductive element mounted for movement in the working gap of the magnetic system, that consists of two or more identical parts. Each of the parts includes permanent magnets interconnected to form a mosaic structure in which a working gap is formed between two permanent magnets with the same direction of magnetization, at that the parts of the magnetic system and the magnets in each of them are interconnected by opposite magnetic poles, except for one pair of magnets in each of the parts interconnected by the same magnetic poles.
EFFECT: increase damping ratio.
