FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to steel sheet for hot pressing. Steel sheet contains in %wt: C 0.15 or more and 0.40 or less, Si 1.00 or more and 2.00 or less, Mn 1.50 or more and 3.00 or less, Ti (N×48/14) or more and 0.10 or less, B 0.0005 or more and 0.0050 or less, Al is greater than 0 and 0.10 or less, P is greater than 0 and 0.05 or less, S is greater than 0 and 0.01 or less, N is greater than 0 and 0.010 or less , iron and unavoidable impurities – the rest. Steel sheet has density of dislocations 10×1014/m2 or more, perlite area share relative to whole structure 30 % or more and tensile strength 1,100 MPa or less.
EFFECT: providing high strength of steel element and efficient cutting of workpieces before hot pressing with simultaneous ability to suppress oxidation of steel sheet surface and elimination of galvanized layer during hot pressing.
