FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely, to steel sheet used for making hot parts of vehicle structural parts. Sheet has a structure containing bainite, fresh martensite and martensite tempering with area of 80 % or more in total. Product of numerical density (pcs/mcm²) of carbides and fraction of carbides released in preceding austenite grains is 0.50 or more.

EFFECT: use of the sheet allows to obtain hot-stamped parts having high strength and ability to suppress failure at low voltage.
