FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and enables to obtain any sheet parts with "undercutting" on boards without defect "under-forming". Creating a virtual model of a movable rigging element by empirical selection in accordance with the required "undercutting" parameters. Movable element and a riser block with an inclined slot are made for the said movable tool element in accordance with the selected virtual model of the movable rigging element. Sheet billet is placed on the tooling installed on the riser block. Preforming the workpiece is performed. Further, the movable clamp is installed in the inclined slot provided for it and definite forming element of "undercutting" type by means of movable rigging element, on which elastic medium acts with provision of conditions close to all-round compression.
EFFECT: defect "under-forming" on part boards is eliminated.
