FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil filters of internal combustion engines. Oil filter comprises housing (1); cover (2), cover amplifier (3), filter element (5), anti-drain valve (21), bypass valve (12) and spacer (6). Filter element (5) includes filtering curtain (19) located between upper and lower covers (20, 21), wherein lower cover (21) of filter element (5) is spring-loaded relative to housing (1) towards pressing filter element (5) to lid amplifier (3). Anti-drain valve (30) is made in the form of a disk with a central hole. Spacer (6) comprises external and internal circular elements (8, 9) of different height, connected by ribs (10) and forming seat (11) of bypass valve (12), and posts (15) connected by ribs (16) with disc (17). Bypass valve (12) is made in form of ring from elastic material and is pressed to seat (11) bypass valve through ring (13) by plate-like spring (14) of star-shaped shape, which central part is fixed against displacement by ribs (16) on ledge (18) of disc (17), and lobes through ring (13) press relief valve (12). In addition, the structure has an additional anti-drain valve (25), seat of which is made in central lug (23) of upper cover (20) and which is centred by spring (26) having a seat in disc (17) and put on central ledge of additional anti-drain valve (25). Such design of bypass valve (14) of bypass valve (12) makes it possible to evenly press overflow valve (12) to its seat (11), and also to make it from waste of central part of antifreeze valve (30). Presence of additional anti-drain valve (25) in the system considerably increases anti-drain properties of the oil filter, minimizing oil drainage from the engine to the crankcase during long idle time.
EFFECT: invention provides improved design effectiveness and reliability.
