SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of irrigation equipment. Drip irrigation tube is equipped with metering elements. Metering elements comprise inlet areas, metering areas and outlet areas. Water in the tube enters through the inlet areas into the metering elements. Metering areas are formed by a labyrinth channel. Channel is defined by two side walls, a cover and a wall of the drip irrigation tube. Outlet areas provide water outlet from the tube. Outlet area is defined by the side wall of the labyrinth channel. Area of this side wall is covered with an elastic membrane. Membrane forms part of the cap. Side wall is able to rise from the tube wall by the membrane and form a passage. Through the passage, water from the labyrinth channel enters the outlet area.

EFFECT: enabling metering of water, flowing through the metering element, depending on water pressure inside the drip irrigation tube.
