SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to well operations. Downhole auxiliary element of the flow line comprises a tubular member comprising a first end portion, a second end portion and an intermediate portion having a flow passage disposed therebetween, valve assembly and a flow tube extending along at least a portion of the tubular member. Wherein said tubular element comprises first hole adjoining the first end part and second hole adjoining second end part. Valve assembly is provided in the tubular element on the first opening, wherein said valve assembly comprises a valve element. Flow tube has a soluble end section mechanically connected to the valve assembly, and the said soluble end section selectively protects the valve element from the well fluids. Valve element changes from an open position to a closed position after dissolution of the soluble end segment.

EFFECT: closing the bypass channel without any intervention from the surface of the well.
