SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an assembly machine for tires. Technical result is achieved by an assembly machine for tires with device for loading at least one carcass drum (11) components for raw tires. Said device has laying device (21, 22) linearly movable in horizontal direction for feeding material components to carcass drum (11). Laying device (21, 22) is movable in vertical direction so that in addition or alternatively to horizontal movement vertical movement is maintained, and as a result, layer loader (20) is made as opening. At that laying device (21, 22) is formed by upper laying device (21) and lower laying device (22). Besides, the tire assembly machine (1) serves for production of raw tires and has a double-drum frame machine (10) arranged with possibility of rotation on rotary table (13) and layer loader (20) for loading of the double-drum frame machine (10). At that, layer loader (20) is made to open and is arranged so that in each case laying device (21, 22) in loading position is introduced into kinematic movement space of double-drum frame machine.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of required mounting space of assembly machines for tires and increased speed of production.
