Hip joint endoprosthesis, knee joint endoprosthesis, elbow joint endoprosthesis, finger joint endoprosthesis, contain elements made of composite material for bone tissue replacement, containing a porous matrix of crystalline carbon fibers with an interlayer distance of 3.58…3.62 angstroms, with a total amount of fiber 20…80 % and filler material, consisting of crystalline carbon with an interlayer distance of 3.42…3.44 angstroms in the amount of 50…70 %, and amorphous carbon in the form of coke in the amount of 10…20 % of the total pore volume. Carbon nanotubes are introduced into amorphous carbon in the amount of 0.05…1.0 % of the mass of amorphous carbon.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the strength of the implant to the values equal to or higher than the maximum strength of human bone tissue.
