SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to heating / air conditioning and relates to device for attachment of heating device or air conditioner on surface, set and system with said device, as well as method of replacement of heating device or air conditioner. In mounting kit for fixation of heating device or air conditioner on surface there is a plurality of fastening devices and holder intended for suspension of heating device or air conditioner, in each fastening device there is an anchor hole for fastening the fastener on surface, and each fastening device also has means for connection to holder, wherein said holder has a plurality of means for suspension for its attachment to surface, and each means for suspending the holder is designed to be fixed directly in a bore drilled in the surface or for attachment in a drilled hole in the surface by means of one of said fastening devices, thus, anchor hole of each fastening device is intended for interaction with formed in surface hole, and connection means of each fastening device is made with due allowance for possibility of interaction with means for suspending said holder.

EFFECT: this allows to create a reliable product, due to which any heating device or conditioner or holder of such device can be adapted to already drilled holes in the surface.
