FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular to articulated shaft, which is intended for transmit torque from drive mechanism to driven mechanism. Articulated shaft includes carriage (1), in which there are holes for installation of bearings (12) and grooves for locking inner rings (8), fixing from axial movement of bearings (12) shifted by 60° in radial direction; axis (2) has a cylindrical end with a groove for a retaining outer ring (9), on the opposite side a recess with a hole for providing a hinge joint to link (3) by means of pin (6); link (3) has recesses with holes at the ends to provide pivot connection to axis (2) and lever (4) by means of pins (6; 7); lever (4) has a cylindrical shape with a recess and a hole at the end to provide a hinge joint with link (3) by means of pin (7); shaft (5) is made cylindrical with holes for hinged connection with lever (4). Shaft is configured to transmit torque (M) at angle (α) from 90° to 180°, transmit torque (M) in the absence of coaxial rotation axes of driving and driven mechanisms, transmit torque provided that point (D) of intersection of axes of rotation of drive and driven mechanisms does not lie on plane of force transfer.
EFFECT: provision for transmit torque without crossing axes of rotation of driving and driven mechanisms.
