FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Disclosed is a method for producing chocolate billets, involving grinding and heating chocolate before transition into a liquid state, administering a vitamin preparation in amount of 1–10 % of its volume, stirring, pouring into chocolate-heated forms, cooling to hardening, extraction of billets from forms, in which the vitamin preparation is introduced in the form of dragees, wherein the vitamin preparation is represented by a tablet of ascorbic acid, revit, undevit.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of vitaminized chocolate billets.
