FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Method of making chocolate products is proposed, which involves obtaining a melt of chocolate, introducing garlic purified from non-food inclusions into the melt, mixing, molding, cooling until the chocolate solidifies, at the same time use the leaves of garlic, crushed to a puree state, which constitute 25–50 % of the volume of chocolate.
EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the range of chocolate products, including garlic, as well as reducing the smell of garlic in a chocolate product.
