SUBSTANCE: anti-sliding device for shoes with a heel, which comprises a body – a base plate, a tenon, a tenon movement mechanism, wherein the housing is made with a vertically arranged two-stage guide hole, in which a movable cylindrical tenon with an end cap from beneath pressed by a spring is installed, wherein housing upper part is made in the form of eye, in slot of which through axle control lever is installed, having shape of shaped plate with cam part in form of eccentric, in which vertical axis of eccentric coincides with axis of guide hole of housing, and in points of cam part of control lever, directly in contact with stud head at extreme top and extreme bottom position of tenon perpendicular to axis of stud there are horizontally arranged sections of face.
