FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of oil deposits. Method of developing deposits of high viscosity and heavy oil with thermal effects includes the construction within the same reservoir of parallel horizontal or inclined-horizontal wells and one additional horizontal or inclined horizontal well located at equal distance from the bottom of these wells, excluding a coolant breakthrough, but allowing to create a hydrodynamic connection with parallel wells, injecting coolant into the reservoir and selecting products therefrom. All wells are operated in a vapor cycle mode with selection after thermo-capillary impregnation. Selection is carried out from parallel wells with temperature control of the selected product. Heat carrier injection into parallel wells is conducted from the entrance to the reservoir, and in an additional well – with a displacement of the injection interval, setting this interval opposite one of the parallel wells with the lowest temperature of the selected product. To exclude a breakthrough of the coolant and maintain the temperature in the steam chamber, the selection of products from an additional well is increased, if the average temperature of selected products from horizontal wells increases by more than 5 %, or decreases, if the average temperature of selected products from horizontal wells decreases by more than 5 %.
EFFECT: reducing the cost of heating the reservoir by eliminating the breakthrough of the coolant to the bottom of the producing wells, which together leads to savings in energy resources and an increase in oil recovery.
