FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of filling body of propeller blade. Method includes a series of stages of layer-by-layer addition of material. At each step, a new material layer is made on the previous material layer made at the previous step. At one of the above stages a laced layer of material having multiple holes is made. At the same time sequence of stages of layer-by-layer addition of material creates openwork layers of material, each of which has a closed contour. Corresponding closed contours of the openwork layers of the material are in pairs adjoining each other and form a closed shell of the filling body of the blade.
EFFECT: higher strength.
