FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shaping of a metal part having two lateral fins, extending from a nose. Preformed part is installed in a first lower die of the tool. Preformed metal part is held in a first predefined position by means of a first movable central insert. One of the lateral fins of the preformed metal part is shaped into the final shape of same in alignment with the nose by moving, by means of a first movable upper die. Preformed metal part is turned, the preformed metal part is installed in a second lower die of the tool. Preformed metal part is held in a second predefined position by means of a second movable central insert and one of the lateral fins of the preformed metal part is shaped into the final shape of same in alignment with the nose by moving, by means of a second movable upper die.
EFFECT: as a result, tool locking is prevented.
