SUBSTANCE: method involves using a device installed in a spindle stock with a mechanism for clamping a workpiece, comprising a clamping collet and a stop with a guide bushing, a longitudinal support with a rotary multi-position turret head with a central bore and holders for installation of a holder with a part pusher, including a housing, inside which with possibility of rotation there is installed a mandrel with collet and arranged inside a fishing rod profiled in form of part. Movement of the collet for clamping the part is performed through the pusher from the cam arranged in the central hole of the revolver head, as well as a cross slide with the tool. Processed part is first installed in the holder of the holder of the revolver head, centred with a gap in relation to the collet, then the turret is rotated and the part is clamped by the collet in the holder, and with further rotation of the revolver head the longitudinal support is moved to the spindle stock. At that, part with its cavity is located on guide bushing to stop and with clearance relative to clamping collet, which is then clamped part, and then crosswise support with tool is moved and part is processed.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and expansion of technological capabilities by treatment of parts with coating.
